The Adullam Programme offers people within the community an opportunity to build new friendships, learn new skills and receive help and advice for life's challenges. We can offer you mentor support to give help, advice, practical and emotional guidance to develop your growth and, with your input, design a programme to suit and meet your needs.
This qualification is aimed at anyone who wants to live a more independent life, progress in their education and/or employment prospects or get into a job. Employability Skills are designed to support us successfully gain employment, or prepare us for further study and also support the development of techniques required for successful independent living.
Living Life to the Full Course
A self-help programme focusing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy concepts, designed to improve our mental health. This free 8 week course centres around understanding our thoughts, behaviours and feelings enabling us to be stronger and more confident.
A 12 step recovery programme which provides weekly follow-on support from the Living Life to the Full Course for people to become free from life's hurts, hang ups or habits.
Cooking on a Budget
Building confidence and self esteem in the kitchen while learning a range of great cooking skills for a healthy balanced diet. This is a 6 week course. Equipment and ingredients are all provided.
Make new friends while learning new skills. Our Craft Group teaches a range of arts and creative skills
A great opportunity to meet new friends in a warm environment over tea, coffee and cake. Everyone is welcome!
