What is it?

The Adullam Programme is a self-referral, voluntary programme designed to give people a second chance at life. We provide the tailored and holistic support people need to sustain their recovery, whilst equipping them with the necessary skills to achieve their hopes and dreams through education and/or employment. Our aim is to provide a safe place for people to heal and grow. For this to be achieved, a constructive support package will be put together that recognizes each person's unique journey, experiences and requirements in order to help them take responsibility of their own life, choices and future.

What we will do for you?

We will provide you with accomodation and a mentor who will support you during and after your time on the Programme. Your mentor will be on hand to offer advice, practical and emotional guidance, develop your growth and, with your input, will design a programme to suit you and meet your needs.

Interests, hobbies and skills

We want to promote and develop your interests, hobbies and skills. You have been given gifts and talents so we want to help you use them whether at home or in the community.

Life Skills

We will support you in building your self-esteem, confidence, communication skills, social skills, building relationships and managing them.

Daily Living

We will support you in the day-to-day running of the home, eg. cleaning, washing, ironing and shopping for the household essentials. We will help you to cook and teach you our favourite recipes! We will promote healthy eating, emphasizing the importance of our body, mind and soul.

Friends, Community

Our community will support you in building trusting and supportive relationships by providing you with a safe circle of friends that will encourage and support you along your journey. We will provide you with a weekly 12 step Celebrate Recovery programme, regular groups and a range of events, which we would love you to be a part of. Your involvement in these will be essential in building these friendships. In addition, the community of Lancaster offers a variety of things for you to do and get involved with locally.
